Birth Doula
• Emotional, physical, and informational support through pregnancy, labor, and birth
• 24/7 virtual support (text/phone) once contracted
• Three prenatal visits to:
– Build your birth plan
– Cover childbirth basics
– Explore your preferences for labor, birth, postpartum & baby care
• Continuous in-person support during labor & delivery
• Postpartum check-in visit within a few days after birth
• Experienced in all birth settings: home, birth center, hospital, VBAC, Cesarean
Investment Range: $1000 - $2100
Postpartum Doula
• Emotional + physical support during recovery
• Help with newborn care: feeding, burping, soothing, bathing, swaddling, and reading hunger/sleep cues
• Baby care while you rest, nap, or sleep — day or night
• Support for all feeding choices: breast, bottle, or combo
• Light household help: baby laundry, bottle washing, organizing, light meal prep
• Care is fully tailored to your family’s needs
• Daytime & overnight options available
Investment Range: $38/hr - $50/hr
Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation may support hormone balance, energy, milk production, and postpartum recovery.
This service can be added to any birth doula package or booked separately.
Investment: $275
(includes pickup, processing, delivery of capsules and detailed instructions)
